Frequently Asked Questions and Water Testing Guide
Everything you need to know about pool maintenance, filtration systems, warranties, and water quality standards in Saudi Arabia.
Water Quality & Testing Guide
1. How often should swimming pool water be tested in Saudi Arabia?
Due to high summer temperatures and dust exposure in the Eastern Province and across KSA, we recommend testing pool water at least 2 to 3 times a week during summer, and once a week during cooler months. Key parameters to monitor include pH levels (ideal: 7.2–7.6), free chlorine (1.0–3.0 ppm), and total alkalinity.
2. What are the signs that my water treatment or pool filtration system needs servicing?
Common indicators include:
-
Cloudy, murky, or discolored water.
-
Strong chlorine odor or eye irritation (indicating chloramines/unbalanced pH).
-
Reduced water flow rate from fountain jets or pool return inlets.
-
Unusual noise or overheating from filtration pumps.
3. Do you provide professional water quality analysis?
